Dr. ANKIT GUPTA (Advocate): 

 Ph. D, LLM(Corporate Laws), LLB(hons.), Dip. Cyber Law, Certificate in American Law(U.S.A.)

Dr. Ankit besides has done his Doctorate of Law with specilization in Right to Information Act, 2005, has done his LLM (Corporate laws) & LLB (hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka, Delhi and while pursuing his law also did Diploma in Cyber laws from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune.

In 2016, Dr. Ankit also completed Certificate in Introduction to American Law from University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A.  He stood among the toppers in the University. He also distinctively earned various certificates in E- commerce, web security & hacking, Cyber laws etc. etc. Despite heading a NGO for social legal awareness.

Dr. Ankit holds various other honorable positions in Govt., semi Govt and private organizations. Dr. Ankit has been awarded with national and international awards at various conferences held around the globe. He has shared desks with various eminent speakers, political leaders and other famous juristic personalities.

On the academic front many papers of Dr. Ankit has been published in various journals, magazines and newspaper of national and international fame. Ankit has handled various civil and criminal matters and have won them with merits which is applauded by the legal fraternity many times.

Expertise in Civil, Matrimonial, labour and consumer matters Ankit has sought settlement of various matters within no time and in the interest of his clients.

MINAKSHI GOYAL (Advocate):

Minakshi is an established name in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolutions. She has done her LLM in Alternate Dispute Resolution & LLB from Chaurhary Charan Singh University, U.P.

She has a vast 15 years experience in management and is presently heading the management of Corporate clients, accounts and marketting at White Legal Solutions.  

She stood among the toppers in the University. She also distinctively earned various national and international awards in conferences held around the globe. He has shared desks with various eminent speakers, political leaders and other famous juristic personalities.

RITIKA MALHOTRA (Advocate):

 LLM(Intellectual Property Rights), LLB(hons.) 

Ritika has done her LLM (Intellectual Property Rights) from Amity University, Noida and LLB (Hons) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka, Delhi.  In 2020, Ritika also completed certificate in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Code from Symbiosis Hyderabad.

She comes on board with her prior experience with Delhi Secretariat, office of Government of Delhi, Delhi Commission for Women, Advocate Pedia Foundation (NPO), Nagpal & Associates (IP Attorney).

Ritika, an advocate is working as an Associate with White Legal Solutions. She is well versed with Intellectual Property Rights, Commerical Disputes and Recovery Suits and advises on various legal issues.  She has appeared in District Courts as well as Delhi High Court The associate with the firm has brought her the exposure and opportunity to deal with Civil Law, Matrimonial Disputes, Commercial Disputes. She is a member of the team which is frequently involved in high stake litigation. Ritika keeps a strong ethical code and is active in her professional development and is always eager to learn new things. Her proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Notes, and Power Point is excellent.

RADHIKA GUPTA (Advocate):

Radhika has done her BBA.LLB(HONS) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka. She is an advocate with professional experience in assisting and advising clients. She is consistently involved in the drafting of petitions, replies, and applications and frequently appears before the district courts as well as tribunals defending the interest of clients. Her association with the firm has brought her good exposure and she assigns her assistance in the litigation practice of to civil, commercial, labor, arbitration and matrimonial disputes.

KARAN GUPTA (Advocate):

Karan has done his BA.LLB(hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka, Delhi and after his law also did the coaching of Indian Judiciary from the Rahul’s IAS, Mukharjee Nagar.

I have completed my professional degree in the year 2020 and started my practice in the year 2020. Since 2020, I am engaged in providing the legal services to clients including individuals, companies, firms, etc. with a view to provide dependable and timely legal advice, I work with a dedicated team of professionals with the expertise, resources and commitment required to meet all client requirements. The practice area includes dispute resolution comprising of corporate and commercial law, Civil law,Banking and Finance, Property Law, litigation and arbitration, rent laws.

Karan is presently Counsel of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.

I have possesses knowledge of the Indian legal framework and drafting and negotition skills with enables them to assist clients on various complex legal issues. I believes in providing clear-cut practical advice and innovative solutions to clients.

PRIYA VERMA (MANAGER ADMIN.)

Priya has done her BA. English from Allahabad University, Kanpur.  In 2013, She also completed her certificate in Computers from Kanpur, U.P.

Priya is working as an Manager Adminstration with White Legal Solutions. She is well versed with latest technology/ Artificial Intellenge and has hands of experience in Tally, Excel. Priya has both digital and hard copy personal records at work. She updates new hiring information and internal data. Priya is incharge of scheduling interviews and getting in touch with candidates/clients as needed. Priya has prior experience in administrative officer or related roles. She is familiar with spreadsheets and has a basic knowledge of the law firm managment. Priya is having organizational skills and good verbal communication skills.   

 

 

MANISHA (REGISTERED CLERK)

BA  

  • Manisha has done her BA from Nalanda Mahabodhi College, Bihar. Manisha is working as a registered clerk with White Legal Solutions. She is registered with Shadhara bar Association, Karkardooma Courts.  She provide administrative support to advocates and staff and managed the filing of legal documents or court documents. She has a duty to collect and delivered the documents by hand in the court. She has a duty for printing, photocopying, notary.
